I ordered a steak bowl, no rice, black beans, veg, sc, cheese. 60% of my bowl was giant onion pieces. I got about 10 pcs of steak. For $23, I expected more.

This is consistently the worst Chipotle ive ever ordered from. Ive given them 4 different shots over the last 6 months, and every time it's a let down... The bowls are thoughtlessly put together - for example i ordered black beans - literally had about 10 beans in there... c'mon now... Also, the ingredients are never fresh, unlike at other Chipotles I've eaten at. Guacamole is brown half the time. Just an overall sub-par experience every time. Either management is oblivious or they just dont care - regardless, we wont be ordering from this Chipotle again.

3/4 of m order went in the trash. The steak was hard and tough like beef jerky. Never had a worse burrito. This is definitely not normal, so choose wisely if ordering from this location. Paid almost $100 and I would have returned the food if I were in the store.

Driver was great, worst order ever recieved from chipotle. The chips were stale and the rice was hard to where it crunched and was not edible in some cases. Very disappointed. Never happened with this chain before.

Overall, my Burrito Bowl was made correctly with pretty good size portions! The rice was slightly hard, as though it's been sitting out a while or is undercooked, however due to the recent storm I am sure they are really busy and were just trying to keep up with the orders by prepping food quickly! The Burrito Bowl did arrive cold, however i did order sour cream and lettuce, and it took about 30 mins to arrive after the dasher picked it up, so that's hardly chipotles fault. I would order again!
