Ordered a Burrito Bowl from here about a month ago and received it underfilled with hardly any meat in it and 90% lettuce. Decided to give them another chance and ordered the same Burrito Bowl and again received it underfilled with hardly any meat and 90% lettuce. Really has cheeped out on the quality and is very overpriced for what you get. Just go to hot head burrito.

The rice was hard. I paid extra to double the steak, there wasnt much for a single order. The lettuce was brown and white. It was made so sloppy too. Just gross.

I paid $30 for a child size portion bowl, missing 2 ingredients, and the meat that I paid extra for, I only got about 5 small pieces of steak. The rice was still hard, and the chips were stale, not crispy. Very disappointed, that is way too much money!!

I remember when a large chips and guac got you a real bag of chips, and the guac used to be blended right with no raw chunks of avacado. I also remember when burritos were packed to the point where you needed 2 tortillas if you got double meat. Now. The price has almost doubled and the burrito is 2/3 at best of what you used to get. Also the quality has gone down, the last 2 times the meat was way over salted. It's a shame, I used to be a chiptole junkie, now I maybe get it every other month just to see if I can recapture some nostalgia.

The burito I ordered had like five small pieces of steak in it. Nor was my burito that full of any of the other ingredients I wanted. The bag of chips was not even 1/4 of the way full. The quality and amount of food you get at Chipotle has gone significantly over the past two years. It used to be one of my favorite places to eat and I would get it every week.
