They forgot the chicken in my bowl and the chips I ordered were only half full. My sister ordered a kids meal and all the portions were half of what we usually received. Not great

I tried the new steak option which was a price upgrade but I did not like it as much as the regular steak. Carnitas were good. Guac was okay but not as good as I remembered. Our food was a little cold when received. Not sure if that was the dasher or not.

every time I visit the Dallas area chipotle is always one of my first choices. I have always loved their food and the people are always so nice and accommodating.

Second time we have ordered here for delivery and it has been bad! .. now giving a bad review. called store and they were not helpful. Ordered Burrito Bowl, as usual. There was maybe half portion of chicken. It was pretty soupy so i guess beans were wet because there was a lot of beans. paid $30 for one crappy rice bowl. Between extra charges and door dash fees this is ridiculous. will never order again
