I understand the upcharge on items. It does not make it right. Especially when receiving below average quality in the order. The burrito bowl had about 8 small bite sized pieces of the steak. They already up charge for the steak on the bowl. The chips were very stale, could not be eaten. There was a side missing on one of the meals. Very discouraging.

my Burrito Bowl was basically just rice this was my first time getting the honey chicken and in the Burrito Bowl there was literally 6 pices of chicken i asked for sour cream there was so sour cream and the pico de guyo and lettuce were flowing out of the Burrito Bowl i expect better considering i love chiptole and always order from there but this time it wasnt good my dasher was definitely one of the best he was super nice

The burrito had way too much rice and not enough salsa, lettuce, corn, peppers, pico de gallo ,cheese, and they forgot to put sour cream on it like I asked. Not happy with a rice burrito. There were only two or three pieces of chicken in the whole thing. It was all rice. Worst burrito I've ever had from chipotle.
The Queso was cold and I paid $4 for two oz. Not worth the price.

The guacamole wasn't worth the $6. It was just a small 2 oz cup, with a 1/4 full, small bag of cold & stale chips. Chips & Guacamole . The burrito bowls were actually very good, I was surprised.

White rice was not well cooked. It was still hard and almost raw. Also, the meat and toppings seems to be getting less and less every time we order yet the prices seems to have gone up. I mean, they can raise the price but then why give less for the same exact orders?
