The chips were very greasy and I could not eat them. The rice was not done and my grandson could not eat it. The same hard rice was used for my $17 Burrito Bowl and not enjoyable at all. I texted my driver to see which store the originated from but have not received an answer back yet

The bowl itself tasted good but I ordered mine with extra steak and what I received had barely any steak in it. Paid an extra $6 and got even less steak than normal.

The lettuce tasted stale. The guacamole was darkened. There were small portion of it mixed with some kind of white sauce when I didn't want it. I am very surprised by the poor quality when this doesn't happen before at this location.
