The guacamole is clearly not fresh, it's brown and oxidized...see pics. Also, for $6, I don't expect there to be a big empty space in the container, it should be full. Which is a big bummer, because the Guac is usually the BOMB & is what I was craving and really the reason I ordered Chipotle in the first place.
The burrito bowl is perfect and yummy, no complaints there.

Usually this Chiptole is very delicious but not this time. I paid extra for guacamole and got a half of an avacado that was brown and so hard I couldn't even cut it with a fork. Also, the bowl was watery and over all, I wasn't able to eat it. Not going to risk getting sick from eating a brown avacado.

$20 for a meal that looks like I just ordered off the kids menu. Salsa was good but I'd need about 3 of these burritos until I would say Im full. If the portions are normal, the team did a good job otherwise.

Beans were overcooked, meat was old. The order with guac barely had any, and yes it's extra... It was inedible. At least it was warm. Chips were good.

The food was delicious with immaculate presentation. I wish we could tip the restaurant on here. No I don't. But if we could, for Chipotle, I would. No I wouldn't.
But I should!
And that hypothetical failure is a testament to Chipotle. Actually, I'm not sure if that follows, but we're getting off topic.
The point is, this Chipotle has repeatedly and consistently provided me with delicious food and great service.
