Its the second time they give me my food with a defect, the first time was in the pick up order, they didn't give me my fajitas and cheese, and I politely went and asked for them and with a bad actitud they gave me "my complete order". Today I ordered my bowl to go, and the beans were so hard to bite, but seriously, almost raw. Please improve the service.

I ordered and paid an Izze drink, I did not receive it. My order was completely wrong. i ordered a burrito bowl. I paid for quad and queso blanco and did not receive it. I asked for brown rice and received white. I did not want beans and I received both black and pinto beans. They randomly put onions and peppers in my bowl. I'm a picky eater and I didn't even ask for the onion and veggies.
