I'm a loyal repeat customer, and I've always had a great experience and it would be 5 star, but I was a little disappointed this time, because you pay extra for the brisket and there was very little of it, very little chicken, mostly rice and beans, and it was burnt. I still like the store.

The Burrito Bowl I ordered arrive completely inedible. Rice was mushy & lumped up together, the carnitas came as little balls of fat, the steak was rubbery & chewy, the fajita veggies had a sour taste. Everything was disgustingly dissapointing. Waste of $30

This food it was in bad terms, the habichuela had a bad flavor like old, and the carnitas were smell weir, the entries food in general. I had to throw it out. I want my refund please

Although the top was loose, I appreciated that the package was sealed and the dasher made sure it did not spill. The food was hot and delicious

Nice portion sizes and was given more meat than I would usually get from the Chipotle I frequent. The steak cuts were also thicker. But tbh the steak was undercooked , wasnt charred. And tasted super bland like seasoning wasn't put on them. So 3 stars for the portion size but the meat wasnt prepared correctly
