• DoorDash orderBurrito bowl arrived warm- not hot- but after a quick trip on microwave merry go round it was delicious. Chips were stale however and the cheese dip tasted like it had too much milk added-it was not Chipotle's normal cheese dip... overall a little disappointed in this 30 dollar meal.... for that price one should expect hot food and cheese dip that tastes like....well.... cheese!

• DoorDash orderFirst time eating at the Chipotle in Florence. My Burrito Bowl was delicious and I couldn't believe how much food it was! I also got Chips & Queso Blanco. My only issue was my chips were stale. The cheese dip was yummy though.

• DoorDash orderThere wasn't much steak in the burrito and some of the rice was hard. I didnt get enough protein, so I wish I had ordered from somewhere else. I order a lot from here on the Chipotle app and it's usually great, it really depends on who prepares it. For example, I ordered a steak quesadilla the other day on DoorDash and there was hardly any cheese in it, but I couldn't report it on here without a photo and I had already eaten it, so there's no way to prevent this in the future.

• DoorDash orderI'm afraid Chipotle is just not for me. second time trying. First time the meat contained a lot of gelatinous fat. This time I got steak. It, too, contained a large amount of gristle. The guacamole was OK. Cheese dip was a cold gloopie mess. Red salsa too hot for me but I'm a wimp when it comes to heat. And of all things chips were far too salty to eat, much less use for the guac or cheese dip. I really wanted to like Chipolte. Just not for me unfortunately.
