Northwood plaza location has to be the absolute worst. I wish we could pick locations. this location does not follow directions. everytime I order crunchy tacos, they gave me soft. this time one taco had 2 pieces of meat in it. $11 for a rice and cheese taco smh

The evening weekend staff is horrible when preparing food. Two days in the row they did not prepare my food correctly. DoorDash refused to give me a full refund on my Burrito Bowl that was prepared incorrectly.

People always say when you order chipotle online they barely fill u your bowl at all, but I got a surprisingly good amount of food in mine. Now it's not nearly as full as if you were to get it in person, but it was still more than I expected. Food was good as always.

The Store did an excellent job making my Burrito Bowl and making sure my Chips were with my order. My Burrito Bowl had everything on it that I ordered and the serving was not skimpy at all.
