Bowls and burritos were good but the super expensive chips and queso was a joke. The chips were burnt and inedible, and it's a really small bag of chips

literally a small little cutie orange was the "fruit bowl " for the kids sides. I paid for chips and salsa and it was literally tomatoes dices very lil onion and not in salsa form. I got the 3 steak tacos and had no type of salsa on it or on the side. missing sour cream on chicken burrito and too much sour cream on my tacos. very expensive and not worth the price.

Disappointing. Anytime I order onsite I get a couple good spoonfuls of meat, yet when ordering online via DoorDash...well let's just say I had 1 piece of steak and my son had the rest. 6 small pieces. Not worth the price, and if I cant go onsite, I probably wont be getting Chipotle via DoorDash anymore. We got to where we paid for extra meat and eve then was likely only getting the 2 scoops that should be a regular order. Step up or lose customers. Food always good, portions lately not matching the pricing!!

The bowl itself was soggy when the food arrived. They should change the bowls to something that doesn't get soggy. The food is great but they are greedy with the quantity of meat they give you. For the price you pay they should give more meat. The food is great.

I ordered - and paid for - a carnitas Burrito. I received what was, essentially, a rice burrito. A ton of rice, some beans, and almost NO meat at all. Only thing I can imagine is it was the end of the night and there was no carnitas left. Totally unaccptable.
