We forgot to add something to the order, and there was no way for us to do it. Tried calling the store, but you couldn't even be put through to talk to anybody. Asked the driver to see if there was a way we could add them to the order, the store just said no. One of the orders was a vegetarian burrito with pinto beans and they were barely any on it, it was90% rice and sour cream.

I eat chipotle a lot so I'm pretty aware of what the average order looks like. My bowl was about half the size it usually is and tasted like it had a cup of salt on it. The guac was brown and tasted off as well.

Portion size was extremely small. It didnt even fill to the brim of the bowl. This is ridiculous especially since Iasked for extra chicken and thetewas only a palm full. I removed the toppings to see whybits so light and there was only a handful of rice. Extremely disappointed and will never come again paid $14.

Burrito was small and Burrito bowl had barely any meat in it. STORE: please allow special instruction section - wanted extra rice and had to inconveniently contact DD to request extra sides.
