COMPLETELY COLD, NO SOUR CREAM Burrito Bowl was missing sour cream, queso cheese, paid for double meat and got very little. cheddar cheese was unrelated.
Burrito paid extra for guacamole and got zero.
paid $10.50 Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco and got a tiny bag and maybe 1/2 cup of queso that was way to spicy.

Pretty small food portions considering the cost. For a $16 burrito, I wouldn't expect hard, chewy chicken either.

Very soupy. Beans were not drained. Huge pieces of lettuce. . Not very good. Had to search for chicken worst I’ve had from a chipotle.

They didnt give me the veggies I ordered on my Quesadilla, and it was dry and the Quesadilla was half the size that it normally is. My bfs bowl didn't have the sauce we req and most of the food was dry.

I was really looking forward to a burrito bowl. It was nothing like what I had before. Beans were smashed up, next to rice and chicken pieces. Did not look like picture on menu! No cheese, no veggies, no guac, no pinto beans. I really hope Chipotle gets it together.
