I've been a Chipotle customer for 20 years now. The white rice was severely undercooked, making both the burrito and bowl nearly inedible. The steak was overcooked and dry. There wasn't nearly enough barbacoa in the bowl. The pico wasn't drained before adding the scoop to the bowl. This won't stop me from being a regular customer, but this was the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had.

Things tasted ok for the most part. The rice was pretty dry and crunchy. The portions of meat in my orders were small considering I paid for double meat in each. So having spent almost 60 bucks for two people at chipotle, im not very impressed.

Chips & Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa were very fresh not stale the bonito Burrito Bowl was loaded and amazing....... Best Chipotle I've ever had!!!

This is the 2nd time in a week that I have ordered specifically corn hard shell tacos and have been given flour shells. This time was the only time where someone just shoved the three tacos into a single piece of foil. It was smashed up mess! The tacos have never not come nicely in one of the bowls!
