Salad arrived with barely any lettuce, the lettuce that was there was soggy. I ordered extra chicken and got mostly a swamp of black beans. What little chicken there was tasted like it was pulled out of the garbage. And they forgot my $10 chips and guacamole.

Chips were so stale they were inedible and the portion of queso was smaller than I would be happy paying $6 for.

They were out of Quesadilla boxes so packed in the side toppings in a burrito bowl with rice. Everything got mixed up there. Burrito Bowls had higher amount of rice and less of the ingredients. Tasted bland. They often do this for the online orders, which is why I prefer to order in person.

The portions were not even close to standard. We ordered double meat and I didn't even receive a normal amount of meat. I was given hardly any rice, no salsa and the fajita veggies were raw. It's very disappointing especially when you pay an arm and a leg.
