I ordered extra Carnitas $6 more and double wrapped burrito, and I got less Carnitas than what I ordered, with mostly clumped tortilla and a large clump of cheese. Seems like there wasn't much care put into the order.

Tacos with steak was delicious and meat tender wi good flavor. Veggie burrito bowl was perfect with much better amount of guac this time.

got there after my order was supposed to be ready, was told it would be another 5 to 10 minutes. waited 20 minutes. got it home and the rice was way undercooked and crunchy. Also there was almost no meat (barbacoa) even though I ordered extra.

Ive had several orders from this chipotle before that have been very light on ingredients however this time received at tiny bowl with only 8 tiny pieces of steak and was charged $20... dont give this place your money

Stem part of avocado was in my guacamole for the Burrito Bowl I ordered and it hurt my tooth to bite down on. Super hard. And two big chunks of chicken skin which ive never encountered in like 10 years of coming here. Makes me question the rest of their quality control.
