The Burrito Bowl I ordered from the Tom's river Chipotle was less then appetizing. The rice was hard and tasted raw. The vegetables in the pico tasted old and stale, not fresh at all. I couldn't finish it. The employees at this restaurant clearly do not rotate the ingredients to ensure freshness, and they clearly have no idea how to cook rice.

The burrito bowl was half empty when the order was received. I ordered steak rice salsa corn lettuce sour cream and cheese and expected the bowl to be full but was half empty when received. Not the first time this has happened and for paying 15 dollars for a burrito bowl is outragoes for the amount of food I received.

The chips were stale and hard. I ordered the smoked brisket and it came cold, not room temperature or warm but actually cold and the amount that I received was not worth the extra i paid. Perhaps i ordered too early and maybe an in store order would've been of better quality (nothing to do with door dash, its the store itself)

The Chips & Queso Blanco is consistently stale at this location. My bowl was cold and didn't include the beans. Chicken portion was measly and had weird texture.

The entire order was cold. The quesadilla was only 2 pieces, which is not a full size. There was barely any cheese in it. The burrito was ice cold, the cheese was not even melted, and there were ingr that Idid not ask for. Last time was so good. This is very dissapointing.
