The rice is always undercooked and hard. The carnitas are always chewy and cold. And the topping portion sizes are always disappointingly small. If there was another Chipotle option locally I'd be going there instead.

I've never had Chipotle before and heard great things about their salads. To say I was disappointed when I opened the salad is an understatement. Theres maybe 10 pieces of lettuce, the smallest scoop of guac and a pound of cheese. This was not worth $13. I will not be ordering from here again.

This location has terrible quality control and they rarely even fulfill even semi-complete orders. Bowls come half empty, salads with 5 pieces of lettuce. Really sad.

Literally always a let down with this place. Chips & Queso Blanco the chips are ALWAYS stale, it's so gross. And for the Burrito Bowl, the serving of meat is practically nonexistent, maybe 3 bites in all. Not to mention undercooked rice. Super disappointing every time I order, really wish another store were locally an option.

This Burrito Bowl is so empty , they could have used the metal tin cover as the bowl itself. Sorry excuse for a $19 meal
