Chips for the chips and queso were stale and they charge you extra for a "large" chips but the bag is small and you don't get many chips, and they were stale. Also missing ingredients in the fajita bowl for the 2nd time we've ordered from here, and the food was cold.

Worst chipotle ever. You can request extra meat and pay for it but still get the worlds smallest burrito.

My food wasn't the warmest but everything was correct. My Burrito Bowl was packed to the brim as well as my One Taco. The same way it is when ordering in the store.

I asked for veggies that I didn't receive. And I guess there's a difference from ordering in store than door dashing I barely had food. Hardly any rice, meat, sour cream or quacamole. Very disappointed!
