the burrito was not up to par with Chipotle standards; it felt small, and had a sour taste to it. the ingredients had a weird ratio.

This is my 4th time ordering from here and they have mess up my order every time either not putting the right toping in my bowl or not sending chips with my guacamole they charge ($9) for anyway and when they do send chips there hard as a rock

This was not they're best effort. The chicken was overcooked, almost burned, the rice had far too much lime, and the beans were tasteless. This was not representing of what we usually get and was disappointing tonight.

One bag of chips had a whole in it and all the chips were completely destroyed, literally looked like a dog mauled it. other bag of chips had barely any chips and the bowl had an "obscene amount of lettuce" literally was a lettuce bowl. foul.

I ordered a steak bowl with black beans, brown rice fajita veggies, corn, cheese, and lettuce. it looks like my meal was picked over before I even got to it. Almost no meat, barely any cheese and a few shreads of lettuce.
