Food is completely burnt. Portion sizes are a fraction of what you get in person. Restaurant did not seal bag. Food is missing. The food is also ice cold and the rice is hard.

Consistently, both the Solon and Aurora locations within the past year and in my experience has been hit or miss. Mostly miss, when ordering online. Besides being incorrect, my orders arrive usually like this: burritos are mostly rice, lacking chicken especially when ordering double, the guac portion is usually good, and the overall taste is best described as lackluster, due to the high volume of rice. A good balance of all ingredients, but less, tastes a whole lot better than a large portion that is mostly rice. I imagine this is done to cut ingredients cost (or save money) with online orders, since it is less likely a customer will say something versus when buying in person.
Buying in person is a safe bet since the customer may observe the preparation of their order.

Ordered three brisket tacos. Got maybe 4 small chunks of brisket per taco. Black beans were fairly bland. Not their best effort

Received quesadillas with no cheese, stale chips, guacamole with large avacodo peels and was missing a burrito bowl. Attempted to contact restaurant to correct and was hung up on
