Every time I order from this Chipotle either online or inside the food is awful and the portions are small. They literally charge you extra if you want certain products on there. The chicken should not be old and burnt and the steak was chewy and not swallowable. Just overall nasty and not fresh at all.

3 Burrito with only a few pieces of meat in each burrito, ALL rice (brown and white) was crunchy. The Kid's Build Your Own didn't come with chips when they were part of the meal, the Kid's Quesadilla didn't come with chips either. $60 later and regretting order from Chipotle

I ordered the vegetarian burrito bowl with pinto beans. About a quarter of the way into eating I had to start picking the beans out because they weren't even close to being cooked they were still crunchy. Also portion size has really decreased bowl was only about half filled

Kid's Quesadilla had no cheese inside... all melted outside of the edges & so crispy canbarely bit into. Normally my son loves these but hard to eat.
Taco was also cold & soggy because cold drinks were placed next to it in bag.

The kiddo's quesadilla meal was good, but my salad had almost no carnitas in it. I'm on keto, so I really need the protein. It was almost like they ran out of carnitas, so they just dumped a whole bunch of guac like I wouldn't notice 😣
