Side cup of corn salsa not even halfway filled, but I still had to pay full price? Also, lettuce and guac in bowl were both brown.

More often than not, the rice is overcooked and clumped. The steak is typically fatty, and the bowls are usually under portioned. You can tell that the Queso is typically old as it is thick and viscous. The tortilla chips are almost never salted. Overall, this location repeatedly gives me an experience I would expect of a Taco Bell. Poorly cooked food, terrible portions for an expected Chipotle order, and old or overcooked ingredients. The Chipotle on 21st street is significantly better; and it isn't even close.

Burrito did not have ANY meat! Hard rice! Small! Busted open with beans! No utensils! Awful! Almost $20 for beans and hard rice!

The quesadilla was smaller than usual and came with an item (cheese dip) that we did not order. The burrito was filled with lettuce and beans but was short on chicken. Hot salsa was in the burrito as ordered but was doused in it to the point where every bite was overwhelmed by the salsa. The chicken that was in the burrito was chewy containing too much fat.

when i order in zanesville they are nice. My steak is supposed to have extra steak(paid for) the chicken was half portion steak was dbl look the same& steak cost $20. probably won't order chipotle in this area again not worth the price at all & bowl looks like someone ate half
