The burrito was underwhelming and looked about 30% smaller than what I've normally experienced from chipotle. It was hands down the most noticeably smallest burrito I've ever had from this chain...What gives?!

barbacoa seasoned to perfection!! still question the packaging choices made. just wrapped and smashed in foil but flavor was superb. would've included a photo but the One Tacos were visually unappealing.

Original order (prior to this one); one burrito bowl was from another customers order, and the second one was Missing 75% of the ingredients (and one is paid for, and not cheap!). The second order (this one) was to replace the incorrect delivered bowl, and has almost no food in it (thank goodness it was for my son), and has about 1 TBSP of meat on it. Definitely not ordering from this franchise again, as every single time we do - the order is completely wrong/missing/Missing items. DoorDash really needs to question if this franchise is worth keeping on their platform

Burrito was more rice than anything. Guac lacked salt and lime. Chips were not cooked enough.

Listen, I can understand not doling out heaps of extra guac, or steak or whatever, but why did I get 1/2 tbsp of rice? Why three little pieces of lettce? It costs nothing! Chicken was good tho
