my chicken was burnt my rice was hard and they hardly put anything on it. Definitely like the other location better

I have ordered many times, this time the steak was so fatty I couldn't chew it. They also skimped on the brown rice. Not impressed with tonights burrito bowls.

What a shame & how disappointing! Flavors were there. BUT ... they skimped out on the size of the Burrito and the amount of the Burrito Bowl!!! Usually, the Burrito is almost as wide as my 9-inch plate and the Burrito Bowl overflows the store's container. Not so much. The Burrito was barely 6 inches, and the Burrito Bowl was barely to the top of the store's container. Extremely disappointed. I'll give them another chance with the hopes that they will come correct next time.

The rice quality is not good, it was kind of hard, not well cooked. But the rest the items were ok. The quantiy of the second Burrito Bowl was few, even if it was requested with rice and beans. It could be with more vegggies instead. of

The food was really good. I just hate that one of my bowls barley had any food in it. Honestly looked like I accidentally ordered a bowl for a child. (I know there isn't a kids Burrito Bowl on the menu). It was light like there was no food in it. I mean we pay for a full Burrito Bowl not for a spoonful of rice and meat.
