The food was packaged poorly and they were out of chips and told the delivery person that I could contact their corporate office if I wanted a refund, which I thought was weird. My bowl was poorly made and had barely any meat or lettuce. Disappointing. I usually love their food, so will give them another chance, but this isn't the first issue I've had with them.

This bowl was so small I will never order through DoorDash again. The workers act like the portions are coming out of their pockets! I asked for half chicken and steak barely had any chicken or steak. Barely any rice but I did get a whole lot of lettuce. Chipotle is just horrible these days and the price is never worth the portions you receive. This was a waste of $31

I thought I ordered extra steak cuz I like extra steak and it seems like when you order extra steak they'll put extra steak on there but then they'll put extra other stuff so it still doesn't look like it's extra I don't get it but maybe that's the fast food industry what they do make less look like more and you're still paying for more but you're getting lessBurrito Bowl
