There was barely any chicken in my burrito bowl. The chips were completely stale and inedible. The salsa was all unripe tomatoes. Even more upsetting since they charge extra for chips and salsa which are complimentary at other places. Plus the bag of chips was barely enough for one person.

My Burrito Bowl was a disaster. Literally have the bowl was just black beans. My sons Kid's Quesadilla meal had no sides or drink in the bag. His chips, rice, beans and juice were all missing from the bag. His quesadilla had hardly any cheese on it and just fell apart when picked up. Very disappointed.

i've been eating chipotle for some years now and i've never experience this low of quality I did not get silverware with order, the rice was in big conks there was hardly any beans, and teallythe portions were extremely small im not looking to bad mouth chipotle i just want the issue to be adressed with whoever was making the Burrito Bowl

This was my first time ordering from Chipotle. It wasn't packaged like the Picture.when you read the description it's a little misleading I assumed from the description and Picture that I was receiving 2 Quesadilla with 3 sides like in the picture. it was a little confusing trying to figure out how to order so I just paid the extra $ for the Guacamole and Some kind of cheese sauce. I guess when they say 3 sides it's not what it shows in the picture. so the total for 2 Quesadilla with cup of guacamole cup of sour cream and cup of white cheese dip was around $21 w/ the $5 discount not including the tip. It has a good fresh flavor but I probably won't order from there again.

Chips were very stale and tasted old, burrito bowl barely had any chicken even though I paid for extra, no cheese, and way too much sour cream.
