I immediately knew something was off the moment I picked up the bag. I ordered a double barbacoa bowl and chips, I got a collective 10 chips that were too salty to eat, literally had to spit them out, and the bowl was ice cold with the smallest portion of rice and meat I have ever seen from this place, and the fajitas were so burnt that some bites were completely blackened. I won't be eating here ever again.

I ordered double meat and got none. A $24 bowl with about a cup of food. COLD and STALE chips. Very disappointing for Chipotle.

My burr bowl is empty. This is what I got for ordering double meat and spending $30. COLD! No rice, no veggies, no double meat, all lettuce, and sir cream No phone number to contact for help.

Hardly no rice a very few strands of cheese and the beans were non existent. Just down right ridiculous for what was paid. Disgusted and Disappointed

Not very impressed, had I went to the store my bowl would have atleast been filled to the top. I shake mine to get it all mixed together & have never had a a whole spot where theres barely anything. Also very little steak. Rice is not fully cooked, hard in the middle. Food is cold but could very easily be from the drive. Not impressed this time around.
