The cheese in the quesadillas was not melted on both of them. There were beans in my quesadilla with the steak. There wasn't an internal lid in the quesadilla boxes so all the sides (red sauce, sour cream, pico) spilled onto one another.

Perfect quesadilla. No spillage because they used that inner lid to keep the sides from spilling.
