They order was horrible. They did not include items we paid for and you cannot call the location because it has an automated answering system. The salad was awful. I paid $15 for a salad with maybe 10 pieces of lettuce. I had to add my own ingredients from home. It was the worst food and service I've ever had. The DoorDash driver was excellent.,

The bowl I ordered was absolutely terrible. The rice was extremely undercooked and there was maybe 5 pieces of chicken. Never ordering from here again

There were maybe 8 little, itty, bitty pieces(like they took one normal piece of steak they usually use and chopped up that one piece) and it was burnt to a crisp (charred black)! The rice barely covered the bottom of the bowl and was ice cold. I could go on... ridiculously horrible that anyone would send that out of the restaurant. Will never order from this location again.

Genuinely the worst chipotle burrito I have ever had. They might as well just use tortilla chips to wrap the burrito with how incredibly stale the tortilla was. The rice was hard, and the chicken was burnt. Borderline inedible.
