The Burrito Bowl was delicious as usual, but I also ordered Chips & Queso that was awful! The Queso tasted burnt. The chips were stale and tough.
I have never had bad Queso before but this was terrible. And it cost me over $5.00. I'll still get my Burrito Bowl from timeto to time

2.20 for some damn chips that would've been FREE with my bowl anywhere else and all I got was a toddler size handful of chips. Then the bowl is Luke warm so the cheese doesn't even melt.

My wife and I have had hit-or-miss experiences with this Chipotle. The Chips & Guacamole have been stale around 3 out of 4 times we've ordered here. The burritos are usually pretty reliable, but today our rice in the burritos was well undercooked, so the whole thing was crunchy (unlike our chips).

I'e eaten Chipotle for years. My kids usually love it. The grilled chicken tacos were so spicy we couldn't eat them. The steak tacos were even spicier. I love spicy food and have hot sauce in my purse. The queso was like tar even while hot. We threw all away.
