My burrito was really good. I've ordered from Chipotle before and liked it. I'd say it's a good deal for your money... they gave me plenty of toppings. Plus the ingredients taste really fresh & flavorful.

Food was cold. Bowl was very light on rice. The cheese and chicken were both not shredded well at all. Large chunks. And for some reason the lettuce was on top? For the price the product is embarrassing

Burrito Bowl is only half filled up compared to usual and I even ordered extras in it. Pathetic to pay $25 to only get half a bowl.

Do not order here. They skimp hard on the ingredients if you arent standing there watching them. Literally half of the food they give in person and its more expensive. Stale Chips & Guacamole and missing the veggies on my order.

Chipotle nowadays is so hit or miss. Getting chips here is a waste of money it's like comparing the price of a large fry and getting a small fry in return. They aren't generous. Just buy your favorite tortilla chips from the grocery store for the same price. If they want to communicate that they are out of something you ordered they'll put a post it note on top of your food that you won't see until you're ready to eat and they will guess on a substitution... good thing I'm not too picky. So yeah all in all they kind of suck but sometimes chipotle is just the thing to hit the spot which is why I gave 3 stars and not 2.
