The food was absolutely disgusting! This furthers my reasons why I dint eat here often. The chips were stale and hard, and the queso had zero flavor! The bile was full of rice and maybe 7 cubes of meat! What a rip off! I will never eat here again!

I have eaten Chipotle a zillion times and its always been good. This time I had a Burrito and it was so bad, I only had a few bites. The rice was crunchy , I only found 4 little cubes of chicken, and the cheese was skipped. Really disappointing.

This is the last time I order from here. I got the queso, but no chips. This is the second time I've received crunchy rice and crunchy beans...so it had to have been stuck to the bottom of the pan for quite some time.
I was a restaurant manager for 20 years in about every concept conceivable. I understand there are going to be one-off situations, but now it's 2 and there will not be an opportunity for a third.

This bowl is shameful. they put guacamole on the bowl that's not fresh. this picture was taken upon arrival, the review done immediately upon arrival. there is Brown lettuce and lettuce stumps in the bowl. I will only purchase in person from Chipotle. Also, the bowl has literally no meat, 3 strips of carna asada.
