Chicken in bowl was burnt,they changed deli time at least 3 times chips were over done and terrible.Very disappointing because I order often. Ended up throwing it out.

the entire salad was wrong- no sour cream or fajitas. maybe 3 pieces of lettuce too on my salad. Basically a giant bowl of rice with two pieces of chicken. Absolutely horrible

ordered a burrito bowl with brown rice. rice is crunchy and way under cooked. paid almost $17 for bowl to not be as large as if I had went in person.

I got chipotle from canton, not a problem, filled the bowl appropriately and then I ordered from new Philly and they gave like a 1/3 of a bowl with like 5 pieces of lettuce.
