I got a carnitas burrito bowl and the meat was absolutely void of all moisture. The meat was very hard, it was actually inedible. Everything seemed like it was leftover from the night before. It's unacceptable that we pay more and more every year and the food keeps getting worse.

I almost shed a tear it seems like chipper is back the Burrito was huge and rightfully so. Thank you chipotle workers for giving the proper proportions for what I paid for.

The guacamole was runny and there was hardly anything in the Burrito Bowl. When I called door dash they offered a $3 refund for an order that cost almost $20.

My burrito was very dry and cold. There was barely any chicken in it too. The queso was clumpy and very sour tasting. Chips were stale. Liteally al of the food in the trash.

This was my first time ever ordering Chipotle and I am NOT impressed. My Burrito was 95% under cooked rice, 5% unseasoned meat, and the queso was also very bland and had a strange texture. I definitely won't be ordering here again.
