Literally asked for white queso and extra barbacoa and was given nothing but sour cream and like 2 chunks of barbacoa. Mind you, i paid extra for extra meat. I guess it's difficult to read orders and make them . As a former food industry worker, it truly isnt that difficult to follow an order.

Burrito bowl had very little lettuce and very little steak, which is disappointing since I paid extra for steak. The kids meals were made as ordered. Unfortunately the food was cold by the time we got it (probably because they didn't time the order well- this has happened to us here before, as the time between the driver picking it up and dropping it off was a normal amount of time). To top it off, there were no utensils or napkins in the bag. I love Chipotle's food but they have gotten increasingly sparing with their portions (specifically on delivery orders) while charging high prices. The management at this store specifically is sub-par so don't expect a satisfactory resolution if you have order issues.

The Burrito Bowl portion was so small it did not fill up half the bowl and it had a very off taste. Couldn't eat it.

Fouble chicken apparently means double beans to chipotle. Double chicken costs $4 while double chicken does not. The amount of beans was disgusting because it made the rice wet.

Ordered a bowl with Rice Beans Chicken and salsa... How is this acceptable?
I've ordered from here many times with zero problems. The bowl isn't even halfway full other than sauce and cheese with barely any full scoop
Everyone knows what this is supposed to look like, full to the very top, at the very bare MINIMUM to their own fill line
25 dollars for leftover portions, Great job, guys 👍
