Food tasted good but the burrito was not fully wrapped, spilled in bag. Alsogave me 8 chips? Couldn't even finish the guac with them.

This location is consistently terrible, I don't think I have ordered here in over a year & it was just as bad as I remember. I had to pay extra for carnitas, there was less than a tablespoon of meat and most of the bowl was undercooked brown rice. Chips were over salted and stale.

Food is always well made and they follow instructions well. Consistently don't receive my napkins or utensils though. I'm not sure if this is a driver issue or a store issue, but I've noticed it happens more often than not.
