it is not the first time i made this exact order. I paid 21 dollar to this deliver and they put less sides than normal. Way less sour cream, a punch of rice and a bit of guacamole like I didn't pay $3+ extra for it, plus guacamole looks old because is not even green but light brown...

Always cold whenni order at this Chipotle looks like they scrape the bottom of the barrel never fresh. Rarely eat at this location but the ones in Fresno provide much better service. It's gone down hill more and more. Side of Guacamole was brown , rice and tortillas burnt.

My order came and looked a little skimpy a lot of lettuce covering the bowl started eating and started recognizing the chicken was shredded not chunks and it was supposed to be extra chicken, it had no hot sauce, no corn salsa the meal was incomplete. I am dissatisfied with the order and after a 10 hour day, it was a horrible meal.

Food items were cold and not labeled. Steak tasted weird, and usually when i order the burrito bowl it's spicy. This bowl had no spice to it.
