The tomatoes in their fresh salsa are not ripe, white and hard. Has happened more than once. Have had to reach customer support multiple times over this. They don't seem to care to fix the issue. I will avoid the Middletown store at all costs. Unacceptable and downright disgusting

i ordered brown rice, extra chicken, queso and cheese. i got WHITE rice 6 pieces of chicken queso and NO cheese. the extra tortillas were HARD and crunchy. the chicken was burnt BLACK. it was the smallest thrown together bowl i think ive ever had. 1/10 and they blame it on doordash!
