I thought people were just complaining, but chipotle really has become a scam. My bowl was basically just rice, sour cream, a little guacamole, maybe 5-6 pieces of meat. I haven't eaten at Chipotle in over 6 years and I remembered that they would stuff the bowls. What a joke now. I basically paid $28 for two bowls of rice.

FINALLY, my 3 tacos were delivered in crisp hard shells vs the usual soggy shells that fall apart due to all the juice at the bottom of the container! 9 times out of 10 my tacos are mush because someone failed to drain the meat of it's juices before filling the tacos. So disappointing however this time, that did it right and the tacos were crisp and crunchy! Hooray! Fingers crossed on my next order.

We got the Burrito Bowl and 3 Tacos. They were both salty...too salty that if we were in the restaurant we would have returned it. We've dined in Chipotle many times and have purchased the same dishes. This was the most salty it has ever been.

Burrito was not good. rice was not cooked tasted like simple green Chips & Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa chips were very stale and salsa appeard used. gross meal

Terrible. I ordered a kids' quesadilla meal with rice and chips. What I got was a stiff piece of foil that was so hard and burnt we couldn't even open it, and there was nothing else in the bag. No rice or chips. And now I can't get anyone on the phone to make it right.
