the chipotle honey chicken is literally the BEST protein option they have ever had! also they really gave me a great amount of food 100% happy with my order!

This is pro the worst chipotle I have ordered from. Firsttime I ordered my rice was so dry but I decided to give them a second chance. The second time I ordered a brisket bowl and they sent me a veggie bowl with no drink. I asked for a replacement and they sent me back a bowl with nothing but fatty pieces. A few pieces at that. I know for a fact I would not be getting this treatment if I went in and ordered. Im so upset.

Not happy with my order. Received 1 Quesadilla, it was not the "ENTREE" as stated. There was supposed to be 3 sides received NONE just a plain chicken quesadilla. Very disappointed 😥 and not worth the money.

the rice is always undercookedsnd the meat is ALWAYS fatty and given in chunks . pico and guac tend to lack flavor . i order hoping it gets better but it never does .

2nd time I pay for chip with extra meat and they dont include enough for even one serving. I will no longer order online as it seems if you are not standing in front of them they skimp out on the amount they put in your bowl. I paid $25 for a half bowl. Come on....
