We ordered 2 double meat Burrito Bowl with 2 Tortilla on the Side . The bowls were nice and full and all ingredients tasted great! Even though it was 8pm when we ordered, my fajitas and corn salsa were still available. Both were made to specification. Great Chipotle experience and would order again!

Food was still hot when arrived. Did not forget any of my toppings, although when I go physically I get larger portions . Could have called it a mini bowl! At least they didn't short me on my taste expectations!

I ordered burrito and instead got a bowl. The brown rice was completely undercooked. It's was crunchy as if they just pulled it out of the bag and never even cooked it. Never had such a terrible experience with Chipotle in all the years it's been around. Truly disappointing. The only good thing was the chips.
