the chips were like hard rubber. I specifically ordered extra too. also there was hardly any lettuce. otherwise the order was good.

Chipotle has really gone downhill over the years. Ordered guacamole and chips and they were old stale and tasteless not fresh at all!! I felt so disappointed!!

the past two times i've ordered here the burrito has had all sorts of burnt material in it making it inedible and the chips I order are raw and stuck together. what a waste of 20 bucks. used to order here regularly, won't be ordering here again.
