The worse chipotle experience ever. chips stale food cold and portions the size of gas station food

I'm severely disappointed in the Burrito I ordered, its smaller than my phone, barely the size of my palm and it was 20 dollars

This was by far the worse experience I have ever had with Chipotle. The burritos were the size of breakfast burritos from the gas station, cold and tortilla shell was rubbery. The chips where even stale! Im here moving my daughter in to college I have never none a chipotle to be this way Unbelievable. I am requesting a refund.
