Szechuan Beef did not have alot of flavor. Having work with deep fryers I think your oil needs to be changed

I order the same meal - Shrimp String Bean & Shrimp Fried Rice several times a month - always very good ... this evening's 8/11/24 meal was exceptionally delicious with the string beans perfectly cooked the way I like them- nice n firm, not overcooked/mushy.
