• DoorDash orderI recently placed an order, and unfortunately, an item was missing (Halo-halo). It turns out they left it in their fridge and did not double-check the order before releasing it. When I brought it up, they acknowledged the mistake but simply said they were busy—that’s why it happened. They were so chill about it, just saying I could process a refund or order again, without much concern for the inconvenience. I understand that things can get hectic, but attention to detail is important. I hope they improve their process to avoid similar issues in the future.
