Second time ordering and both times my salads were prepared perfectly and really delicious. I don't understand the reviews saying the salads are too small. Maybe because the ingredients are compacted into the container? If you tossed it onto a plate you would see it's a very generous portion. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it was left on the front stoop of my apartment instead of bringing up to the 2nd floor which is clearly noted in my order and the first order did get delivered correctly. I have a bad knee and I am always generous with my tip because I am asking for it to be delivered to the 2nd floor.

One of the worst salads that I've ever eaten. Minimal amounts were provided of the added contents. Was practically all lettuce. I was disappointed the first time I tried Chopt but I gave it a second chance. I won't order from here again. Overly expensive and a rip-off.

salad itself was good. chicken was hard and really cold. one small dressing for a huge salad is not ideal. not a lot of the toppings for what the price was that I paid. not worth 27 dollars.

Our Classic Cobb Salad was very subpar. The avocado was hard and rubbery and we couldn't eat it, there were chunks of avocado peel in it, hardly any chicken. The best part was the packaging.

Paid a lot of money of a big bowl of lettuce with a minimal amount of topings Ordered the Apple Sweet Apple Orchard Salad. All ingredientswere good quality but the salad was almost completly lettuce. There were few of the toppings. They also gave me the wrong dressing. For a $15.00 salad, I was not impressed.
