I ordered a Avakai Chicken Dum Biryani. I was very dissapointed after reading all the reviews. The rice was overcooked, the Avakai Chicken Dum Biryani was very dry, the chicken pieces were very small and dry, hard to chew since it was overcooked. The meal lacked flavour.

BONELESS CHICKEN PIECE IN VEG BIRYANI
Ordered Veg and chicken biryani - on 10/20/2024.
Got boneless chicken piece in veg biryani
Upon talking to front staff, asked them to arrange call back from Manager - He is more concerned on how the chicken piece looked like(was it 65 piece or so) rather than addressing the issue.
Upon freaking out how bad the situation was there wasn’t proper response and addressed he would do research on how it happened.
Just for the name sake manager was like I’ll offer complementary food/ would refund the amount. Which would never happen and shouldn’t expect that at all.
Also had Irani chai - which is the worst we ever had. Earlier it used to be good.

Taste is ok but the oil is way too much than it should be. Little bit of more oil is ok, but I don't think anyone should eat lot of oil in curry.
