• DoorDash orderTerrible service. I've given this location multiple chances, and my order is wrong every time. I ordered a medium sweet tea and received a small cup with an unidentifiable yellow liquid (likely lemonade, but I was too irritated to investigate further). I ordered a side of Brown Gravy that was barely half full. Whether it spilled, they just ran out, or just didnt care enough to give me a full portion, I'm not sure. At this point, I highly recommend ordering elsewhere—orders are consistently incorrect, and the food isn’t even worth the hassle.

• DoorDash orderThe food was ordered at cottage Hill location and my driver had over a 45 min wait because they ran out of food...on top of that the door was locked when Dasher arrived to pick up order...so I received fries and okra small order instead of Mac and cheese and potatoes and gravy large...food was fried to hard...will never use this location again..

• DoorDash order5PC Tenders wasn't spicy and was missing the extra tender 2PC Chicken wasn't spicy and was missing the extra breast. ordered Dr pepper and got coke instead. Absolutely Terrible!

• DoorDash orderI don't even want to vote one. Almost nothing was correct. Instead of a sweet tea and a Sprite, I got two warm, watered down Sprites with no ice. I ordered two regular white meat pieces of chicken, but instead got spicy. The macaroni and cheese taste like plastic. The corn on the cob was soaked through the bag and almost fell out. The lid on the extra gravy that I ordered was not put on all the way, so there was gravy on top of everything that was in the bag. Yeah, I'm never going to order from this Church's Chicken again.
