I have nothing negative to say. Honestly all of the food was amazing. They have both great prices and portions. Will be a new go to for sure! I recommend the Mashed Potatoes and Chicken Sandwich with some Honey-Butter Biscuits™.

what was advertised as a plump juicy seasoned half chicken, was in actuality a scrawny piece of chicken barely the size of a ¼ and poorly seasoned bird

Staff was nice and the order was ready quickly but the food was not great to say the least. Cole slaw was very obviously not fresh, "mashed potatoes" were a tasteless paste and nothing like actual mashed potatoes aside from the color maybe? Not at all impressed by the tenders either. Overall disappointing - won't be going back.

This was hands down the worst chicken tender experience I have ever had. I love trying chicken tenders from different places and always get excited when I hear good things. Church’s is a fairly well known name in the chicken game, so I ordered them for lunch and got the 5 piece chicken tender meal with mashed potatoes, Mac & cheese, a Dr. Pepper, and an apple pie through DoorDash.
I first tried to pick up the soda by the top- huge mistake. Spilled soda all over my floor because the lid came off and had to spend time cleaning that up but lesson learned. I noticed they included hot sauce in addition to my honey mustard and I liked that addition, though I noticed that the apple pie I ordered wasn’t present. Not a big deal, reported to DoorDash. I tried the honey butter biscuit, absolutely nothing special just kind of slick and sticky on an otherwise dry biscuit. The chicken tenders were horrendous. Extremely dry and cold (although not far from where I live) and found chunks of questionable bits throughout. Maybe fat, bone, or a weird piece of breading. Got through two pieces before I couldn’t stomach any more.
The mac & cheese was ice cold, might have been better if it was hot but overall bland and mushy. The mashed potatoes were honestly the saving grace of this meal. I would have been happier to spend the $17 I did to get a big container of just mashed potatoes than all this food now going to waste because the quality is so poor. On the bright side, I don’t eat much so the potatoes will hold me over til dinner. They were very hot in temperature, and I enjoyed the flavor of the gravy. Very standard mash, but good either way.
I’d recommend avoiding Church’s Chicken and finding literally anywhere else to eat.
